Short answer: If you're okay with less, then yes.
AI can offer tailored advice, more than a book can, because it provides only the information it deems most relevant to you. If you're looking for a strategy or specific technique, AI can help gather and organise that information.
But that's not coaching.
Coaching is an alchemical process that happens only when two people connect with complete openness.

In coaching, there are usually two levels:
The coach needs to be able to navigate both levels, and their responses can’t be standardised: they must be guided by the intelligence of the moment.
When someone chooses to work with me, I know the goal they state might not be the real one. But I also know that, by tuning into their implicit requests, I’ll get to the heart of the matter.
Sure, AI would beat me a million times in speed.
But it would solve the wrong problem.
